AW Medspa’s (AWM) mission is to ensure we provide you with the best service possible. In order to ensure that we are able to for all of our clients, we ask that you take a few minutes to review our policies and standard practices.

Appointment Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and sometimes being late is unavoidable. While we empathize with these moments, please be aware that arriving late for your scheduled appointment may impact clients scheduled after you. Our providers often have back-to-back appointments, so tardiness may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule—while still adhering to our Cancellation/No-Show Policy.

Each appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Arriving on time ensures you receive the full benefit of your session and allows us to provide the same level of care to all clients throughout the day.

To secure an appointment, a valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking due to the limited availability of our providers. In cases of frequent cancellations or no-shows, a deposit may be required (please refer to our Cancellation/No-Show Policy for more details).

Cancellation/No Show Policy

We understand there are unforeseen circumstances that may cause possible cancellations. We ask that you notify us within 48 hours via phone, text, or email if there is any need to cancel. Failure to contact us with a cancellation notice within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time or resulting in a no-show may result in an automatic fee, based on the type and length of your service.

Aesthetic Services:

  • 30-minute Appointment: $50

  • 60-minute Appointment: $100

  • 120-minute Appointment: $150

Injectable Services:

  • 30-minute Appointment: $75

  • 45-minute Appointment: $100

  • 60-minute Appointment: $125

Gift Certificate/Gift Card Policy

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. Any gift certificates that have an expiration date must be utilized prior to the expiration date.

Payment Policy

Payment for all individual treatments are due at the time of treatment, and all packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon with upper management. All services are final sale; there are no refunds issued for any service. Under some circumstances, we may be able to give in-spa credit in the event the client cannot do the purchased service. We accept cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Cherry and CareCredit.

Prices & Promotions

We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and most up-to-date technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website, social media, and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice.

Special offers and discounts may not be combined. If a client has multiple discount offers, our goal is to provide the client with the best value during time of purchase.

Gratuities

Gratuities are never expected, but if you would like to show your appreciation to the staff, please feel free to use our envelopes up front to leave one!

Refund Policy

Our main goal is your satisfaction! Please note that results vary from person to person, and while every effort is made to achieve the best results possible, it cannot always be guaranteed. It should be noted that further treatments may be necessary for the desired outcome. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Services cannot always guarantee results right away. Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results.

AW Medspa has extensively researched our treatments and products to ensure that we are choosing the absolute best for our clients. All sales are final. Prepaid items and treatments last in your account for two years upon the purchase date. Non-redeemed items can be exchanged for in-house credit and applied to any service or product with subsequent discounts removed before the purchase expiration date. In the event there was a documented medical reaction or the product received was defective, you may return the item for in-spa credit.

Outcomes of Treatments

AW Medspa’s main goal is to provide you with a satisfactory service. To that end, integrity is the pinnacle in all of our operations. AW Medspa believes that you rely on our trust to treat what’s best for you. However, aesthetics is not an exact science and each procedure varies by client and, in turn, additional services may be required to achieve desired results. If additional services are required, your aesthetician, nurse or physician will inform you prior to your service.

Right to Deny Service

AW Medspa’s main goal is to serve you, but there are certain situations that may arise where we reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

Our Mission

Our #1 goal is for you to be happy with our service and for you to love the way you feel when you are leaving our spa. We believe in full transparency, which means we strive to ensure that you understand the treatments you are receiving and the risks and benefits associated with each one of them.

With this in mind, please be assured that our team will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you specifically and are medically appropriate for you. If you have any questions, at any time, please ask! We would love to help provide you with the information you desire before your appointment.
