Advance Wellness Medspa’s (AWM) mission is to ensure we provide you with the best service possible. In order to ensure that we are able to for all of our clients, we ask that you take a few minutes to review our policies and standard practices.

Appointment Policy

When scheduling an appointment, please understand that the time allocated is specifically to focus on you. With this in mind, it is important that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointments to take full advantage of your session and ensure that the clients scheduled afterwards are also given the same treatment. 

 

When creating an appointment for injectables (ie. Botox, Dysport, Fillers), a credit card is required to make an appointment due to the limited availability of both our Board-Certified Physician and our Nurse Injector. A credit card may be required for frequent cancellations and/or appointment no-shows (see Cancellation/No Show Policy for more information).

 

We understand that there are times when life gets in the way and may cause you to run late. While we are sensitive to everyone’s situation, our clients must understand that being late for a scheduled appointment will cause a delay for subsequent clients. Additionally, in most cases, because our estheticians are booked back to back, you may be required to reschedule your appointment.


Cancellation/No Show Policy 

We understand there are unforeseen circumstances that may cause possible cancellations. We ask that you notify us within 48 hours via phone, text, or email if there is any need to cancel. Failure to contact us with a cancellation notice within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time or resulting in a no show may result in an automatic minimum fee of $50.00 for spa services and/or $75 for injectable services (pricing depends on the scheduled appointment length). AWM also has the right to redeem external certificates (i.e. Groupon) if a client does not show up or repeatedly reschedules the appointment on the same day.


Gift Certificate/Gift Card Policy 

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. Any gift certificates that have an expiration date must be utilized prior to the expiration date. 

Payment Policy 

Payment for all individual treatments are due at the time of treatment, and all packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon with upper management. All services are final sale; there are no refunds issued for any service. Under some circumstances, we may be able to give in-spa credit in the event the client cannot do the purchased service. We accept cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and CareCredit. However, to pass our savings on to our clients, we provide an additional 5% cash discount for all cash payments. 

Prices & Promotions 

We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and most up-to-date technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website, social media, and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. 


Special offers and discounts may not be combined. If a client has multiple discount offers, our goal is to provide the client with the best value during time of purchase. 

Gratuities 

Gratuities are never expected, but if you would like to show your appreciation to the staff, please feel free to use our envelopes up front to leave one!

Refund Policy 

Our main goal is your satisfaction! Please note that results vary from person to person, and while every effort is made to achieve the best results possible, it cannot always be guaranteed. It should be noted that further treatments may be necessary for the desired outcome. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Services cannot always guarantee results right away. Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results. 

 

AWM has extensively researched our products to ensure that we are choosing the absolute best for our clients. All sales are final. Non-redeemed items can be exchanged for in-house credit and applied to any service or product. In the event there was a documented medical reaction or the product received was defective, you may return the item for in-spa credit.


Outcomes of Treatments

AWM’s main goal is to provide you with a satisfactory service. To that end, integrity is the pinnacle in all of our operations. AWM believes that you rely on our trust to treat what’s best for you. However, aesthetics is not an exact science and each procedure varies by client and, in turn, additional services may be required to achieve desired results. If additional services are required, your aesthetician, nurse or physician will inform you prior to your service. 

Right to Deny Service

AWM’s main goal is to serve you, but there are certain situations that may arise where we reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

We believe in full transparency, which means we strive to ensure that you understand the treatments you are receiving and the risks and benefits associated with each one of them. 

 

With this in mind, please be assured that our team will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you specifically and are medically appropriate for you.
