Finally! We are excited to inform you that our grand re-opening will be on June 1, 2020.
We want to assure you that while we are excited to see you soon, we have always prioritized the safety of our customers, and in these uncertain times, this is no different. That’s why we are practicing and enforcing best practices for social distancing and self-isolation in the midst of COVID-19.
As you know, safety recommendations — including those for our customers and staff — can and will likely change. You can count on us to keep up-to-date with the latest recommendations by the state and federal government and to update our safety procedures in accordance to the CDC and our state recommendations.
In order to ensure the safety of both our clients and staff, we will ensure the following guidelines:
- In order to maintain social distancing, we will be increasing the time between appointments. This is to ensure that each client goes directly to the spa room as soon as they arrive without waiting in the lobby area. This will also help us to ensure that we never have a full waiting room.
- Our staff will have their temperature checked before the start of every shift and every few hours during the course of the day.
- We have always disinfected our spa rooms between each procedure but we are now doing a more thorough disinfection after each procedure. The increased time between appointments will allow us to do this (as well as helping with social distancing).
- We have always washed our hands before each procedure, but we have now increased our expectations for how frequently hands are washed. Staff will ensure they wash their hands before and after each service
- Everyone will be wearing masks at all times (including at the front desk) and gloves for each interaction with you, our clients.
- All main areas including doorknobs, chair rails, and table surfaces will be disinfected before the start of each day and multiple times throughout the day.
Furthermore, everyone will have their temperature checked as soon as they arrive at the spa. Anyone with a temperature > 100.4 F will be rescheduled. In addition, we ask that if you have a fever, a cough, or if you are sick in any way, you reschedule your appointment.
